Booking & Payments
Simply search your address, browse available cleaners in your area, select a service time, and book online in just a few steps. You will be notified when a cleaner.
Payments are made securely online via STRIPE at the time of booking. Funds are released to the cleaner after they have notified CleanFinder they have completed the clean.
Yes. Cleaners set their own pricing, and all prices are displayed upfront so there are no surprises.
Cancellations & Changes
Yes. Cancellations are possible. Please log into your account and select “Booking Details, scroll till you see the option “Cancel Clean”. The cleaner and CleanFinder will be notified of this.
No charge will be applied if cancelled within appropriate timeframe. Please review terms and conditions for further information.
If a cleaner cancels, you’ll be notified immediately, and you will receive your full refund within 24 hours.
Service Quality & Trust
CleanFinder requires cleaners to provide business details and encourages high standards, but cleaners are independent providers. Client reviews play a key role in maintaining quality.
